Skinning Is Complete!
I have finally completed the skinning process of the archive now, so all of the pages should have a uniform look and feel now--no more crazy formatting on some of them.
Also, for those of you are interested, this version of the script offers members to denote in their profiles if they are interested in being a beta reader. To sign up, please login and go to "Edit Personal Information" under the Account Info section. Towards the bottom of the form, there is a check box for the beta-reader option. A list of all members who have volunteered to be beta readers can be found on this page: http://danny-and-mary.written-in-stars.net/fanfiction/authors.php?list=betas.
New Archive Software
I have upgraded eFiction, the software used to power the archive, to the latest version. I am in the process of updating the skin, and have a pretty good start on it, but there may be some things that appear amiss for the next few days.
This latest version has several new features, including a round robin option and the ability to choose your own password at time of registration. Another new feature which I'm quite impressed with is the ability to group multiple stories set in the same "universe" or that are part of a series, as well, a series.
There are probably a few more new features that I've left off the list, but I'll post about them as I discover them.
